Urban Wetlands - Rain Garden Visualizations, Stalowa Wola

PixelPro specializes in architectural visualizations. We are proud to present our work on Urban Wetlands, an innovative project for the city of Stalowa Wola and a winner of the international Design Educates Awards 2021 in the responsive design category. The project was developed by the Wrocław-based studio LAX, which commissioned the visualizations from us.

Our architectural visualizations show the concept of a rain garden designed to make the city more resilient to climate change. Natural and local materials such as wood, stone and planting create a friendly, ecological space. The visualizations also include educational elements such as information boards, nature trails and interactive installations that raise awareness of water retention and environmental protection.

The visualizations also present the location and surroundings of Urban Wetlands in the centre of Stalowa Wola, close to the San river, and the contrast between the modern and traditional urban landscape, which is one of the design principles.
