How we work

Architectural visualization is the process of presenting a building or another development as a visual representation using 3D computer graphics. It allows us to see a project in three dimensions before it is physically built. This process requires not only advanced 3D modeling and design expertise, but also significant effort and commitment.

To create an architectural visualization, proper source materials are needed, such as floor plans, elevations, building sections, and site development plans. CAD files are the optimal format, but when working with other formats like PDF or JPG, it is still possible with a bit more effort. Investors also often provide 3D models, which speeds up the visualization workflow.

If a 3D model is not available, it must be created from scratch. For more complex developments, continuous consultation with architects is necessary to ensure top-quality output. After the 3D model is approved, camera shots are set up and work begins on the lighting of each visualization. Lighting is tailored to client guidelines, including daytime, nighttime, and dawn scenarios.

The next step is refining final materials for the building itself as well as the surroundings, such as greenery and small urban elements. It is often necessary to account for location, real context, land development plans, specific species of plants, shrubs, and trees, and also seasons. After preparing materials and greenery, small architecture elements are added, including benches, streetlights, lamps, bicycle racks, and more. All of these details must be carefully refined to ensure the highest final quality.

In summary, creating architectural visualizations requires not only advanced expertise and skills, but also a large amount of work and dedication. However, investing this time and effort delivers the best possible visual outcome before actual project execution.
